In order to ensure our ability to offer you the lowest prices, all computerulta.com orders must be placed online, phone, e-mail or fax. We do not offer the products or prices displayed on our web site for sale via regular mail. Listed below are a number of links that help explain the ordering process:
Placing an Item in Your Cart Once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. This button can be found on any item's detail page, to the right of the price information. When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the Shopping Cart icon (in the top right corner of every page of our site). This is the beginning of the ordering process. Changing Item Quantities If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty" box. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items to confirm any changes. Deleting Items from Your Cart If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, click the "Trashcan" button that appears to the extreme right of any item in your Shopping Cart. Saving Your Cart At this time, we do not have the ability to systematically retain the contents of your shopping cart for longer then six hours if you should choose to exit our Web Site before completing the ordering process.
We offer three easy ways to finalize your purchase with computerulta.com. Once you are finished shopping and have all the items in your shopping cart that you wish to purchase, please proceed to Checkout.
Regular Checkout This is the standard method to finish checkout. You will be prompted to set up an account with computerulta.com using a combination of your email address and a secret password. Once your billing and shipping addresses have been set up, you will be prompted to select your shipping method, preview your invoice total and then enter your credit or debit card information. The final step is an invoice copy will be presented on the screen for you to print out on your local printer. Instant Checkout This step allows you to Checkout with only mouse click, thus bypassing the address, shipping method and credit card entry steps. In order to enable this functionality, you first have to set up your account utilizing the Regular Checkout process and then select the Instant Checkout option.
Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, computerulta.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item’s correct price
is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify
you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course,
have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you
so wish. While we make every attempt
to verify prices before charging your credit card, computerulta.com
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced
product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit
card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, computerultra.com shall immediately issue
a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect
price.
We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling shopping experience. We do provide “quantity quotes". With that in mind, we do not “match” competitor’s pricing, offer price protection" .
The advertisement of any product on this site does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order or your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Computerultra.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Computerultra.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in accordance with our order limitation policy. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Given the popularity of some products, computerultra.com may at times have to restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. It is Computerultra.com ’s policy to limit purchase quantities to 5 (of an item) per household or business within a four week period. If you have ordered more than this quantity, we will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
If you would like to modify an existing order, please call us at (905) 946-8870. If we receive your phone request within two hours of order placement, we may be able to modify the order before it is sent to the warehouse. In many cases, however, the order may be too far gone in the picking and shipping process to be modified and/or stopped.
For an item marked "usually ships same day" (the sun symbol) on our site, we require the order to be entered on our Web Site AND credit approved no later than 2:00pm Eastern, and the order will probably ship that business day. For an item marked "usually ships next day" (the moon symbol) on our site, we require the order to be entered on our Web Site AND credit approved no later than 2:00pm Eastern, and the order will probably ship the next business day. For an item marked "order" (the truck symbol) on our site, we will accept that order and attempt to fulfill your order in a timely manner. We encourage you to check the Order Status for an estimated ship date or contact Customer Service. We will leave the order open and attempt to fulfill it, unless you notify us to cancel the order. Orders over 150lbs. must be entered on our Web Site AND credit approved no later than 1:00pm Eastern for same day shipment. Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in stock will ship on the next business day. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Orders placed and/or credit approved later than the applicable warehouse cut-off time will ship the next business day. Product availability, geographic location and other factors determine the warehouse location that your product ships from. This determination is made automatically and cannot be manually overridden by Computerultra.com customer service personnel. Credit approval may take anywhere from several minutes to several hours to process after you place your order. Obtaining credit approval usually takes longer for first-time customers, or for larger orders. Please plan your purchases accordingly. These cut-off times are a guideline only, and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee. *For every item listed on our site, we clearly indicate the current status of the item: usually ships same day, usually ships next day, or special order. Please carefully check this information before you place your order.
At this time, computerultra.com does not accept international orders. We define it as an international order when the order is to ship to an address outside the 12 Canada, the credit card used to pay for the order has a billing address outside the 12 Canada, or the credit card was not issued in the Canada, regardless of the shipping destination.
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please call our Customer Service Center or email us for assistance. An computerultra.com Customer Service Specialist will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not shipped yet, we can usually cancel the order for you. To confirm your order cancellation, please check the Computerultra.com Order Status page--your status will show as “Cancelled” within 48 hours. In some cases, we may not be able to cancel the order because it is has already shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return consistent with our non-defective return policy, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees and you will be responsible for the return shipping to computerultra.com. We suggest that you use a return shipment method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Depot. Please note that if the box is opened or the box is marred with writing other than the shipping label, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee to help offset our loss on the devalued goods.
