Payment Options

At this time, computerultra accepts the following payment methods:

We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when you set up your account. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with computerultra.

Finally, we can only accept credit cards from cardholders with a billing and shipping address located within the 12 Canada, and the card must also be issued in the Canada.

Tax-Exempt Status

If your firm holds a valid sales tax exemption permit for California or Tennessee, please proceed as follows:

• Download our Tax-Exempt form. (This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader.)
• Send us an e-mail to sales@computerultra.com requesting that we fax you our tax exempt form. Please make sure to include a return fax number.
• Place your order online. Your initial order will show us charging you sales tax.
• Fax the form back to (905) 946-8466 with your order number, a copy of your tax-exempt permit and a contact name and phone number.
• Our credit card processing group will zero out the tax on your initial order and set up your account for tax-exempt status.
• You will not be charged sales tax on future orders using this account.
