Warehouse Locations

In general, orders where “Ground” was chosen as the delivery option will ship from the closest open warehouse to the ship-to zip code with inventory available. In this way, we attempt to reduce the in-transit time of your shipment. If the order is received after a warehouse cut-off time, but we can dramatically reduce the in-transit time by shipping from this closed warehouse, then we may choose to delay the shipment by one day in order to have it ship from that warehouse. We do this to reduce your overall delivery time and get the order to you faster. Keep in mind that Ground Service delivery may take 2 to 7 business days after shipment.


  Shipping Methods

We charge a shipping fee based upon the zip code you provide as well as the weight and dimentions of the pakage.

Ground Service

  • Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
  • Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days.

  Non-Deliverable Shipping Addresses

Computerultra.com ships to addresses in the 12 Provinces, with the following exceptions:

  • International locations (defined as outside the 12 Canada)
  • Post Office Boxes (CANADA)
  • Private mail boxing locations (CANADA)
  • Hotels / Motels, etc. (CANADA)
  • Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences
  • APO/FPO addresses (CANADA)
  • Freight Forwarders

  Backorder Policy

The product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer’s order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 20 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. Of course, we never charge your credit card, debit card or credit line until the product ships! If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at sales@computerultra.com.

In some cases, the manufacturer may have a longer lead time then what they actually stated, committed to, etc. and thus the re-stocking of our warehouses may be delayed for longer than 10 days. Again, we apologize in advance if this happens, but this is beyond the control of computerultra.com. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as we receive the product.

In other cases, the manufacturer may only produce a limited quantity of a specific item (this is called “constrained” in the computer industry). This quantity may not be sufficient to satisfy all of the orders placed for a particular item either with computerultra.com and/or our competitors. Computerultra.com will attempt to fill as many orders as we can, utilizing a “first in, first out” logic. We apologize in advance if we are not able to fulfill your order.

Finally, in some cases, the manufacturer may choose to discontinue an item, even though the channel has quite a few orders for a particular item. This will force us to cancel that item from your order. Again, this is beyond our control and we apologize in advance if that should happen.

  Refused Shipments

The quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we receive the product.

We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us immediately for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please click on the following links for a complete description of our Return Policy and Return Procedures.

If you desire to cancel an order, please follow the directions outlined in our Order Cancellations section.

On all shipments to customers, we insure shipping and handling costs. Of course, if the shipment is a result of an computerultra.com error, we will issue a credit for all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to computerultra.com. If through no fault of computerultra.com the shipment is refused, we will charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee.


  Return Policy

Non-Defective returns

We will accept returns on non-defective products returned for credit or exchange, but we will not be able to refund shipping and handling fees, the return must be completed within 15days from the shipment date, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to computerultra.com. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Depot.

Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.

We reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee per item if the product is not received by us in completely re-salable condition. Examples of this would include if the box is opened, the product is damaged, or the box is marred with writing other than the shipping label.

Defective returns

Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date (please see important exceptions listed below).

A product must be diagnosed "defective" by a member of the Technical Support Staff at the manufacturer. You can get a list of manufacturer phone numbers. Once it has been diagnosed, please ask for a case number and contact our customer service department for a return authorization number.

If you place a replacement order for the same product or a similar product of higher value, we will refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable) on the original order, and computer.com will pay the return freight.

If you do not make a replacement order, we will still refund the shipping fee, handling fee and sales tax (if applicable), and computer.com will pay the return freight, but we will charge your account a 15% processing fee.

In either case, after 30 days from the shipment date, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply (if any).

Other products

In addition, the following products are not returnable, and all sales of these items are final. This policy is necessitated by restrictions imposed by the respective manufacturers:

Defective software products may be exchanged for the same title only. Non-defective software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances, unless the manufacturer offers a money-back guarantee (MBG). All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.

Money-back guarantees

Computerultra.com does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product. However, some manufacturers do offer such a guarantee. In these cases, products will be clearly designated and a money-back guarantee (MBG) will apply only to these products. Products covered by a MBG will be accepted for return within 30 days from the shipment date, or as specified by the terms of the manufacturer's MBG. Restocking fees will not be assessed on such returns.


  Return Procedures

No return will be accepted without a return authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA number, please contact an computerultra.com Customer Service Specialist at (905) 946-8870. RMA numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RMA number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box: PLEASE DO NOT MARK THE BOX ITSELF IN ANY WAY.

In the case of any product(s) returned for any reason, the returned item(s) must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), accessories and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by computerultra.com.
